We are now the proud owners of 370 Birch Street.
Oh the joys of buying your first home!! It has been quite a ride the past month. Meeting with our mortgage loan officer, booking appointments with realtor's. Touring the houses of Green River. I thought we would never get a house! There was one in particular we didn't get to walk through because it had sold!! It was a steal too!! Central air, front porch, back deck, amazing basement, new fenced yard, a big nice yard at that! Automatic sprinkler system, 3 bedroom one bath, a new master bedroom and bath being put in downstairs, so make that 4 bedroom 2 bath! Beautiful kitchen, and to top it off...a corner lot! We were sad to see it slip through our hands..so off we went to look at more houses. It seemed that I fell in love with every house..and just wanted to buy asap. Well almost every house. But just the other day, our realtor told us that the house we had originally fell in love with...was fortunately back on the market!!! So we went and viewed it. Slept on it...made an offer yesterday, and this morning we awoke to a phone call from our realtor telling us that we had just bought our first home!!! We close on the 29th. So we should be in shortly after! House warming party...here we come!!!!

Yea, congratulations! That's huge news! We are so excited for you guys, it's so fun to own a house and put work into it simply because it's yours. So where abouts is it? You named the street but I haven't got a clue where that is, is it by the Castillon's old house, or by Aunt Lori's or in Jamestown? How fun! It looks nice, congrats again!
